Unidata Support Unidata Support
Providing World-Class support to its community is at the heart of the Unidata Program. Maintaining the highest possible level of service in the face of significant increases in data options, volumes and tools, as well as in the number and diversity of the community, is a challenge that the Unidata Program Center embraces. Unidata provides direct support via email for its software packages to institutions offering college-level courses for credit, and to non-profit institutions with education or research missions.

2. Have you searched our mailing-list and support archives?
Query the community via our mailing lists. Our community contains expert users who are happy to share their experience and knowledge with others.
Search or browse the mailing list and support archives. It is likely your support question has already been addressed and the answer is available in the archives.
3. Submit a support request to Unidata
Send your support question directly to Unidata using one of the topic-specific email addresses.
Use the support request form to compose your queries.
